KoreKonnect
Staff tap their phone at the door. Attendance, shifts, leave and payroll-ready timesheets follow on their own.
KoreKonnect is our own product: a staff sign-in system built around a small reader stuck by the door. Organisations subscribe for a flat monthly price, buy readers from its shop, and stop rebuilding timesheets by hand.

01 · The challenge
Small organisations track attendance with paper books, shared spreadsheets or clocking apps that follow staff around with GPS. Someone rebuilds the hours by hand before every payroll, leave lives in a separate diary, and when the fire alarm goes off nobody can say for certain who is still in the building.
02 · What we built
We designed and built the whole product, from the brand to the hardware shop. A reader sticks on the wall with no wiring and staff tap it with the phone they already carry. Behind that tap sits a live board of who's in, published shifts that lateness is measured against, leave with balances, corrections with an approval trail, a fire register, and timesheets that export straight into payroll. It's sold as a subscription per organisation, never per head.
Inside the product
KoreKonnect, from every side.
Replicas of real screens, rebuilt here so you can see how it works for the people who use it. Names and data are made up.
01 · Staff
Tap in, tap out
Hold the phone to the reader by the door. The time comes back on screen with a green dot for in and a blue one for out, and the week's hours update.

The fire register
When the alarm goes, open the register on any phone. It shows everyone still signed in. Freeze it at the assembly point, then call the names.

Timesheets, ready for payroll
Staff confirm their month, the office signs it off in one go, and the export goes straight to payroll. Paid leave and sickness are already counted.
Timesheets
Payable hours include contracted time, missed time and paid leave. That is the figure payroll wants.

Leave from a phone
Staff see their hours, their next shift and how much leave is left, then request time off in a few taps. The balance updates when it's approved.

What it does
- 01
A tap at the door
A reader sticks by the door with no wiring or batteries. Staff hold their phone to it on the way in and out, and get the time back on screen.
- 02
Who's in, right now
One live board shows who's in, who's late and who forgot to sign out, across every site the organisation runs.
- 03
Shifts that match the door
Publish the week's rota and lateness is measured against it, so nobody argues over the clock.
- 04
Leave with a balance
Staff request annual, paid or unpaid leave from their phone. Managers approve it and everyone can see what's left.
- 05
A fire register in your pocket
Everyone signed in, from every door, on any phone. Freeze the list at the assembly point and call the names.
- 06
Timesheets payroll can use
Staff confirm their hours, managers sign them off, and exports drop straight into Xero, Sage, BrightPay or QuickBooks.
